If you require emergency assistance from the SES following storm or flood events, you can lodge your request for SES emergency assistance online here or alternatively you can call 132 500. You can also download the SES Assistance App available for both Apple and Android devices via iTunes and Google play.  

If you need assistance from the SES other than following storm or flood events contact your SES Office, look under State Emergency Service or your local Council in the White Pages telephone directory for your local SES contact.
